Plagiarism Check Policy 

The paper first must pass a plagiarism check since new material is often added during review and due to the fact that plagiarism checkers constantly add new sources to their database. Excessive plagiarism can result in rejection at the stage. The editors will run plagiarism check using Plagius app for the submitted manuscripts before sending to reviewers. If a manuscript has over 25% of plagiarism based on the result of quetext app check, we will send back the manuscript to the author to be revised for the plagiarized contents or even editors has rights to decline the submission of the manuscript. If additional changes are necessary, there will be further correspondence between the Editor-in-Chief and the author.
